The Pruftechnik VibExpert is utilized to perform dynamic balancing of rotating machinery in the field. Using this equipment, we have the capability of balancing most rotating equipment to better than OEM specifications.
The VibExpert is a completely portable device; any equipment that rotates, where ever it may be, can be balanced.
Precision balancing of rotating equipment provides smoother and quieter operation, prolonging the life of bearings and the rotating assembly.
Dynamic Balancing Reports:
Balance reports are provided for your records, these reports detail the initial imbalance, steps taken to eliminate it, and the final result.
In addition to balancing, we also provide on-site inspections, repairs, and reliable solutions for rotating equipment in most industrial applications.
